Carbide button are used in a wide range of oilfield drilling and snow removal ploughs or other equipment for their unique properties. Depending on the oilfield drilling machine, such as tooth wheel bits, submersible bits and other geological drilling tools, carbide teeth are classified into different standard styles: including spherical, conical, wedge, spoon, flat top and parabolic teeth. RS specialized in the production and processing of all types of carbide button drill bits to meet the different needs of all customers, cooperating in the fields of oil drilling, snow plough equipment for snow removal, cutting tools, mining machinery, road maintenance and coal drilling tools.

1. Hemispherical Button

• Application Strength - universal button

• Best suited to hard ground

• 25,000 to 45,000 PSI (170 to 300 MPa)

• Abrasive to very abrasive

2. Parabolic Button (semi ballistic)

• Application Strength - fast penetration

• Best suited to medium ground

• 15,000 to 25,000 PSI (100 to 170 MPa)

• Mildly abrasive ground

3.Conical Button

• Application Strength – fast penetration

• Suited for all non-abrasive ground types

• Smaller contact area

• Best suited for smaller diameter bits

4. Ballistic Button

• Application Strength - fast penetration

• Best suited to soft ground

• 10,000 to 20,000 PSI (70 to 140 MPa)

• Non abrasive ground

Cemented carbide mining round button /Hemispherical Button are also used as excavation tools in quarrying, mining, tunneling and civil construction. In addition, they are also used as accessories for heavy duty rock drills or deep hole drilling tools.

The advantages of carbide ball buttons are that they are used in mining, quarrying, tunneling and civil construction. They have superior wear resistance and impact toughness, and have a higher drilling speed than similar products. The life span of the  round button /Hemispherical Button series brazing head is about 5-6 times longer than the life span of the brazing head with the same diameter blade, which is conducive to saving auxiliary working hours, reducing workers' physical labour and speeding up the project.

Alloy round button /Hemispherical Button buttons are often used as drilling tools for coal mining machines, mining machinery, oil drilling and road maintenance tools for snow removal and road cleaning. RS specialized in the production of all types of alloy button drill bits to meet the needs of different industry sectors and offers a range of technical services to provide solutions.
