Luis is the Engineering Procurement Manager of Peru Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., which has contracted several tunnel projects in Peru and several construction sites in Mexico.

In July 2022, a construction site contracted by Luis's company in Peru needed to use taper drills. At that time, the customer found us because the original supplier was out of stock, so the goods were needed very urgently, and they couldn't wait for the sea shipment,we choose Fedex to Peru ,it is about 5-7 working days.

Although the number of purchases determined during the telephone communication was only 20 pcs, but Luis was very satisfied with the samples and reception services we took out through the video conference, they immediately ordered a box of 50pcs 38mm 11 degree taper button bits.

Due to  the quality and work efficiency of the RS drill bits are higher than those of similar products in the market,  Luis's project was completed earlier than expected. 

We have been cooperated with each other  since July. In the month of October, because they were very satisfied with the product's quality, delivery speed and service RS provided, they gave us all the purchase orders for the mining drilling tools needed for the Mexican tunnel project, and expressed that they will be always purchase the  drill bits from RS in the future.
