Second, the drill head in the use of the process of opening the hole rock drilling should reduce the propulsion and impact, use a lot of rinse water, otherwise no water opening will make the rock drill bit temperature rise, once open rinse water will make the brazing head alloy micro-cracking, the product appears abnormal failure, while dry drilling will produce the danger of jamming the drill bit, will cause the drill bit water hole blockage.
Third, the drill bit should ensure sufficient water or wind pressure when drilling to prevent excessive wear of the drill head and jamming of the drill head due to poor powder discharge, in order to improve the drilling speed.
Fourth, the hole should be opened steadily, and the working parameters of the rock drill must be adjusted downward to prevent the single buttons from being loaded too heavily, causing broken teeth and dropped teeth.
V. After drilling each hole, the brazing head should be inspected. If the drill bit is more seriously worn, it should be replaced in time to ensure the drilling speed, and the drill buttons can be resharpened and used again if available; if the drill bit has an inverted cone, it should be replaced in time, otherwise it will seriously wear the button teeth and even jam the drilling tool.
Six, according to the rock drilling situation, adjust the working parameters of the rock drilling machine in time to adjust the impact, propulsion and rotation parameters with no jamming, fast drilling speed and no bending of the drill rod as the standard. Never stop the water or gas during the use of the drill bit, otherwise it is easy to cause the drill bit to heat up and lead to broken teeth and lost teeth, resulting in failure.
